Lane and Lane Music Production is a UK Music Company ideally located for the Midlands and Wales, specialising in the production of music for a variety of markets and purposes

We are a husband and wife writing team with a broad span of experience which we are happy to use in driving your tracks and songs forward and into creating new sounds to already existing tracks. Some of this work involves mixing and remixing. We also enjoy writing specifically for the talents of non-writing singers and performers. Finally, to complete the finished item, we also specialise in storyboarding and shooting pop videos to accompany the tracks we have worked on.

Music Production Genres

Lane and Lane is focused on a wide variety of genres reflecting the UK pop music production styles currently in vogue as well as being able to refer and base whole tracks on retro styles and any mixture of the two. Particular areas of expertise are dance and club tracks, electronica, modern commercial pop, R and B, neo two tone, and Europop. However we also carry out quite extensive work in classical and neo-classical music, folk, rock, indie, punk. Lane and Lane as a team are driven by a variety of complementary skills, including the ability to build harmonies into a track where there are only lyrics and melody, and to project into the production of a basic tune creatively, hearing a variety of outcomes from production in advance of the event. Thus we can play a vital role in the development of your new music, with the aim of bringing both music and performers to new and sometimes unforeseen markets.

Lane and Lane specialise in writing original tracks for new artists. We write in virtually any style, and work with the artist to ensure they are comfortable performing our tracks and can adapt them to our style. You can hear a variety of our tracks on Noochoon, by going to various artists and listening to the samples. You can also hear some of our tracks on the Beehouse Recording Studio website. Mixes and Remixes
Besides writing original tracks, Lane and Lane Productions also specialises in mixes and remixes of artist tracks brought to them. Our remixes go out under the Noochoon branding. This service is carried out for a fixed fee, and on the basis that our contribution to the track is recognised in full. Ideally, to remix a track, we require the original DAT of the track and an example of the style you would like for the remix.

Pop Video Production
As well as bringing your tracks to a commercial standard of completion, Lane and Lane will also work with you on your video production, a vital component in the distribution of music. A video can simply mirror the meaning of a song, or it can contribute and add underlying ideas that may not be immediately apparent in the lyrics. Having worked intensively on the music production of your tracks we are able to identify and work on the principal visual ideas fairly seamlessly, resulting in a moe satisfying end product provided more efficiently and therefore more economically. All of our videos are recorded in HD.
